Our company manufactures synthetic quartz glass, which corresponds to the Chinese optical quartz glass grade ZS (JC/T 185-2013), formerly known as JGS1. It is produced via chemical vapor deposition (CVD), in which gaseous high-purity silicon tetrachloride is hydrolyzed and melted in a hydrogen–oxygen flame; larger‑size blanks further require high‑temperature tank‑melting to achieve the desired dimensions.

Our company manufactures gas‑refined quartz glass, which corresponds to the Chinese quartz glass grade KS—formerly known as JGS2. Transparent quartz ingots are produced by melting high‑purity quartz sand in a hydrogen–oxygen flame; these ingots are then hot‑formed into larger, more uniformly structured quartz billets and slabs, which are subsequently processed into quartz wafers, flanges, and related products.
