  Our company manufactures synthetic quartz glass, which corresponds to the Chinese optical quartz glass grade ZS (JC/T 185-2013), formerly known as JGS1. It is produced via chemical vapor deposition (CVD), in which gaseous high-purity silicon tetrachloride is hydrolyzed and melted in a hydrogen–oxygen flame; larger‑size blanks further require high‑temperature tank‑melting for final shaping.

  The product features high UV transmittance, bubble‑free quality, and excellent uniformity, making it widely used in cutting‑edge fields such as UV optics, nuclear technology, aerospace, and integrated circuits.
