Product Details


  Our company manufactures gas‑refined quartz glass, which corresponds to the Chinese quartz glass grade KS—formerly known as JGS2. Transparent quartz ingots are produced by melting high‑purity quartz sand in a hydrogen–oxygen flame; these ingots are then hot‑formed into larger‑sized, more uniformly structured quartz billets and slabs, which are further processed into quartz wafers, flanges, and related components. Additionally, through a drawing process, we can produce quartz tubes and rods. This material is characterized by a low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal stability, superior physical and mechanical properties, and low residual stress.

  It is primarily used for large and medium-sized reflectors, windows, semiconductor quartz components, and auxiliary materials in the manufacture of optical fibers, among other applications, in harsh environments.
