Our company manufactures infrared quartz glass, which corresponds to the Chinese quartz glass grade HS—formerly known as JGS3. It is available in two types: plasma‑chemical and plasma‑physical, with corresponding designations HP3003A and HP3003B, respectively.
HP3003A is characterized by high purity and low hydroxyl content, and is primarily used in high-end applications across the full spectral range (190 nm to 3500 nm). The HP3003B series is mainly employed in the semiconductor, mirror, and infrared optics industries.
