High-purity milky quartz glass HPR3004
Using a rotary process, special wall thickness opal quartz tubes are produced, which can be used as calcination furnace tubes and heat insulation materials; opaque quartz glass is produced using a gas refining process, which can be processed into opal quartz plates. It has good heat insulation and temperature resistance performance, mainly used in heat insulation accessories in semiconductor processing.
Using a hydrogen-oxygen flame treatment method, quartz plates, quartz flanges, and quartz tubes are processed and shaped according to customer requirements to produce transparent quartz, milky quartz, and other shaped quartz glass products, including quartz boats, diffusion tubes, semiconductor cleaning tanks, and quartz instruments. These products are widely used in semiconductor, photovoltaic, and optical fiber accessory materials.
While quartz glass is a superior optical material, it still falls short in certain wavelength bands for high-demand applications. According to client requirements, coating is applied to the quartz glass substrate to block or enhance transmission, thus meeting design specifications.
The advantages of calcium fluoride single crystals include a wide application wavelength range (155-7000 nm), high laser damage threshold, low stress birefringence, and high refractive index.
