Corresponding to the Chinese quartz glass model KS, formerly known as JGS2.
The gas-fired quartz glass produced by our company is made of transparent quartz ingots made by melting high-purity quartz sand with a hydrogen-oxygen flame. Through hot forming, larger and more uniform quartz ingots and quartz plates are obtained, which are then processed into quartz plates, flanges, and their products. Quartz tubes and quartz rods can also be produced through a drawing process. Its characteristics are low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal stability, and strong physical and mechanical properties. After annealing, better stress is obtained. It is mainly used in large and medium-sized reflectors, windows, and semiconductor quartz accessories, and as auxiliary materials for optical fiber manufacturing, etc., under harsh environments.
